[3.0] Two-step authentication


This feature allows an additional step to log in, especially helpful for Security purposes.

IMPORTANT:

  • Access to your funnel associated with your bucket.io account is necessary.

  • If you do not receive the message in the inbox, please check your spam folder.

  • Code will only be valid for 10 minutes.


Enabling Two-step authentication

Step #1: Access Security & Privacy

You may Access the Security & Privacy option in the My Account Section of your account.


Step #2: Turn on Two-step authentication

Use the toggle to turn on the Two-step authentication


Step #3: Add a Second email for Two-step authentication (Optional)

You may add an additional email address that can be used to receive the Two-step authentication email




Using Two-step authentication to log in 

Step #1: Log in to your account.

Use your credentials (Username and Password) to access your account. The system will ask you to enter the 6-digit code that was sent to your email address associated with your account.





Step #2: Use 6-digit code

Access your Inbox and open the bucket.io message that contains the 6-digit code. Enter the code on the log page and click on Verify




Once clicked your account will be open immediately.
