Unable to pay bill

If the first attempt to charge a credit cart "Fails", the system will attempt 3 more times within 15 days until the invoice is paid.

If all 4 attempts are "Failed" the Bucket.io account goes Unpaid, which will require a manual process once the you're able to submit a payment.

What to do?

  • Update the payment info.
  • Contact support@bucket.io requesting the payment to be processed.
Once the payment is processed you will receive a confirmation and regain full access to your account.
