Connect an Infusionsoft Account using Zapier

Before you begin:

Add Zapier Tags to Questions

  • After you open up the relevant funnel, navigate to your questions and add Zapier tags as needed. 
  • Double-check your lead capture page to ensure all pertinent lead information is requested.

Step 1: Setup a Zapier Trigger

Navigate to the Configure page, and click on Integration.

Choose the appropriate trigger, account, and relevant funnel.

Once the test is complete, click continue.


Step 2: Connect Infusionsoft with Zapier

Now it’s time to add an action step, which in this case will be setting up Infusionsoft to work in tandem with Zapier.

Search for and click on Infusionsoft.

Select the Infusionsoft Action “Send Email”

Connect your Infusionsoft account:

In the popup window, click Allow to enable Zapier within your account.

Step 3: Configure the Infusionsoft Email Page

Now you should be on the Infusionsoft Email setup page.

Here you can add contacts you want the lead information sent to, specify the From and To email addresses, and other fields as you see fit.

If you chose specific contacts from your Infusionsoft list, then in the To Address field, leave it as is with “~Contact.Email~.”

Otherwise, you may input a specific address of your choice. Run the test on the ensuing page.

If everything goes well, you should have a Test Successful! Result.

Click Finish.

Turn on your Zap and voila! You’re done!
